#BusNews: Routes 353, 355 and 923 will see buses run every 30 minutes 7 days a week from 17 August. The 901 will see buses every 20 minutes at peak and 30 mins off peak. Spotted by Swim on the AT Discord and @YT_JoshRBX.

#CableCarNews: The seats have been removed from Car 2 of the Wellington Cable Car as work gets underway to restore the seats as part of the extended maintenance programme.

#RailNews: Silver Stream Railway has farewelled UDK48 which is off for a working holiday at Gisborne City Vintage Railway. UDK48 will assist GCVR with a bridge refurbishment program over the next few months.




#CableCarNews: Wellington Cable Car have shared a video of the works involved in removing and replacing the lower bogie for Car 2.
#RailNews: KiwiRail has tested and turned on the lubrication pots on the track section over Hobson Bay in Auckland. KiwiRail have also identified replacing a maintenance bridge beside the rail as an option to reduce the ‘screeching trains’ noise.
