‘Shore to Shore: Buildings of Excellence,’ Chester Agricultural Center’s Farmworker Housing project will feature 34 new construction seasonal & permanent rental units for low-income farmers & laborers across 10 buildings.

Building 10 is a garden-style complex, built in 1940. Now, through a PHI Classic certification deep energy retrofit and sustainability upgrades, the building will preserve its legacy while creating healthier, more resilient homes for residents. bit.ly/44Qu1Je
