Our officers are cracking down on ghost cars and increasing enforcement in 15 high-priority crash corridors. Enforcement is up 49.2%. Collisions are down 13%. This is real progress, and we're keeping the pressure on.

On Saturday, May 10th, our Highway Patrol Unit 1 teamed up with the @nyspolice and the @NYPD44Pct to crack down on reckless motorcycle operation. Their joint effort led to 4 arrests, 81 summonses issued, and 22 two-wheel devices seized.

Due to police activity, avoid the area of West 86th Street and Broadway in Manhattan. Expect emergency vehicles in the surrounding area, and potential transit and traffic-related delays.
