We spoke with a range of stakeholders—including students, school leaders, parents, advocacy groups, unions, and more—to hear feedback and implement changes to our proposed draft. We look forward to engaging with our school community through the upcoming school year.
As soon as this policy was signed into state law, we took action to post a proposed update to our regulation governing our NYCPS cell phone and device policy.
