These cars were seen to be racing and driving carelessly on the A11 last week. Both vehicles were stopped and the Mercedes driver failed a drug wipe ❌ The Audi driver was issued S59 warning 10 days ago, so the vehicle was also seized. A double whammy of #Fatal4 offences 🚨

This driver was caught twice in two days for the same offence! That's 12 points in less than 48 hours ⛔ Both offences were in Norwich last week, driver has been reported for both 🚨 Using your phone behind the wheel is dangerous and could cost someone their life #Fatal4

The team were conducting #Fatal4 checks in Norwich yesterday and found the following: 12x excess speed 10x mobile phone 1x no seatbelt 1x drug driver If you're looking at a phone, you're not looking at the road. Put it down, it can wait 📱

This driver was found broken down on the roadside with a strong smell of cannabis coming from the car. She failed a drug wipe and checks showed she was disqualified from driving 🚨 Arrested and bailed for all offences.

We're all for summer treats but safety comes first as this van driver found out. He also needed reminding to wear a seatbelt 🍦 Don't use your mobile phone behind the wheel. You can get 6 points and £200 fine. You could lose your licence ❌ Stay safe this summer #Fatal4

Our roads policing officers were amongst the thousands of attendees at last weekend’s Ink and Engines Fest at the Norfolk Showground 🚓 The team were on hand to advise on legal modifications, road safety and even had a word with a certain superhero…

Got any plans for next weekend? Join our roads policing officers at the Ink and Engines festival at the Norfolk Showground! Ask them all of your burning car modification questions and get up close and personal with some of our fleet 🚓 We look forward to seeing you there 👋

Another vehicle seized by the team in Norwich over the weekend. This car was stopped for having no insurance but it also turned out the driver only had a provisional licence!

We didn’t think we’d need to say this but this is not an acceptable level of visibility. This driver was on his way to Cambridge when he was stopped in Narborough. The damage had happened days before but he continued to drive because he thought it would be ok 🤨

It was a full house for this driver in Great Yarmouth last night on Gapton Road. No insurance, no tax, no MOT and an expired provisional driving licence - driver reported and car seized ❌

This driver tried to avoid officers after activating the ANPR camera for no insurance in Norwich. We caught up with them soon after and they were arrested for drink and drug driving. To top it all off, they had no tax either. Car seized and driver escorted to custody 🚓

Suffolk Constabulary's Road Casualty Reduction Team popped in to say hello this week to the next generation of police officers at Street Farm Day Nursery in Elmswell. The children had a great time getting to sit on and look at the bikes and switch on the lights.

Two teenagers overtook an unmarked police car in Yarmouth yesterday, all whilst riding on a stolen moped with no helmets. Both were arrested on suspicion of theft and possession of offensive weapon. They have since been released on bail whilst enquiries continue.

This driver was stopped in King's Lynn yesterday with an expired provisional licence and no insurance. They stated it was an emergency... For the record, a McDonald's coffee is not an emergency 🙄 Driver reported and vehicle seized ❌

This van driver was stopped in King's Lynn yesterday after they were spotted using their mobile phone. Turns out, they also had no insurance and had never passed a driving test... Vehicle seized and driver reported 🚫

Last week, the public alerted us to the poor driving of this car in Middleton, King's Lynn. The vehicle was later located by officers and the poor driving explained by a lack of driving licence or any insurance! Vehicle seized and driver reported 🚫

On Friday night, this driver thought it was acceptable to travel at 111mph on the A47 with another adult and 3 young children in his car. He claimed he was in a rush to get to the coast for a caravanning holiday. Driver reported ❌ There is no excuse. Speeding kills #Fatal4

Sunday speed checks - 36 TORs issued within 2 hours in Norwich 💨 It is simple, speed kills. This is why it is one of the #Fatal4

The Road Casualty Reduction Team seized both of these cars within 5 minutes of each other. Both had no insurance, one had no MOT and 7 of the occupants thought they didn't to wear a seatbelt. It takes seconds and can save your life, it really is a no brainer 🙄

It was a busy Saturday for the team with excessive speed for this motorcyclist on A11 at Wymondham. Over 100mph - rider reported 🚫 A stolen vehicle was also recovered! You never know what you'll find on the roads 🚓
