I understand that Mike, but what we have is not going to deliver a system for the UK economy. I agree with you that the sector approach driven by a UK wide industrial strategy holds out some hope but is still behind the best systems of our competitors. @NOCNGroup @SkyNews
SE is what we've got Graham and one of the biggest political levers on them will come from the Combined Authorities - if they don't see real progress, they'll develop their own approaches like we see in Scotland. SE must show their worth by Easter 2026.
