ADOR has failed to respond to any of the questions NewJeans/The Court asked. ADOR admitted that it “Doesn’t exist”.
ADOR could have filed breach on contract or damage lawsuit and both parties could have been on their ways. Instead ADOR wants to force them to return by blocking them for working like that would solve the issues.
