Breaking camp this morning—it’s 7:30 a.m. and the girls are still asleep. That never happens! Well, except senior Sam, already up helping with the coaches’ tent. Safe to say we made the most of every minute—learning, bonding & new experiences! #CampWellDone
The team that started it all, laid the foundation. 2007 State Champs-our 1st, Oak Co.’s 1st in vb. Sr.-led, came in strong & built something special. 19 straight pts in the final. Coldren was 🔥 but so were many. Grit, heart, belief. Tremendous team! Unforgettable. #TeamFirst

Day 3 didn’t disappoint! Glass & Nua back for another 🔥training session, then paddles up for a 3-hr kayak trip. Proud & surprised we all stayed dry! Shoutout to Mia & Nikki, most improved kayakers applying what they learned earlier. Ice cream treats for all after. #TeamAdventure

Closed out day 1 with a trip to the Dunes to view the amazing sunset. Of course the girls decided to challenged themselves to running down an then back up. Some went back down to help their teammates.

We are just three weeks out from the first official tryout date for Fall 2025 sports. As a reminder, athletes must have a 2025-26 MHSAA Physical form on file (dated after April 15, 2025) to participate. Please submit physical forms via hard copy to the athletic office.
