We have published our 2023 report on compliance with Part 5 of Disability Act 2005. Part 5 requires that a minimum of 3% of all public sector employees are disabled people. 4.1% of public sector employees reported a disability in 2023. Read more: bit.ly/4f4bWMt

We at the NDA express our condolences to the family and friends of Jacqui Browne, who sadly passed away earlier this week. Jacqui was a true trailblazer and a passionate advocate for the rights of people with disabilities. May she rest in peace.
