game changing update: water fountains now heal a single point of health per use
so many of these maps are at a point where I can just relax in them & explore after clearing out all the enemies, it feels so nice, entire stretches of them can just be played through like normal, no console commands, noclip, just a bit more polish & then I'd consider them done
