This week our Elementary ESY chefs had a recipe of fruit skewers and yogurt dip! This recipe had our chefs using their communication skills to request, their sequencing skills to follow a recipe and their fine motor skills to build their skewers! @RCSDNYS @RCSD_DSE @RCSDELO

After enjoying their new recipes, our ESY students enjoyed a dance party! But it wasn’t any dance party, it was an outdoor dance party! With support from special area teachers and related service providers students moved and grooved to some tunes from Ms. Hayes! @RCSDNYS @RCSDELO

Our Elementary ESY chefs were back in the kitchen this week with a new recipe! Cookie sandwiches had our students using their communication skills to make choices, their sequencing skills to follow a recipe and their fine motor skills to build their cookies! @RCSDNYS @RCSDELO

Our @RCSDNYS ASD program spent a day exploring and growing our social skills at the Play Palace to close out the year! Our students in six classes got to grow their play and social skills in a low sensory, high fun filled day! @RCSDNYS @SuperStrickland

Next up for our week of moving up celebrations was our @RCSDsch5 kindergarteners! Our Bobcats sang, signed and danced to show how much they have learned! A big Bobcat roar for kindergarteners! @RCSDNYS

It’s been a BIG week for our littlest @RCSDsch5 bobcats! On Monday our preschool students celebrated how they have learned and grown with their graduation ceremony! Way to go Bobcats! @RCSDNYS

It’s our 6th graders last week @RCSDsch5! Off to 7th grade will go a group of artists, singers, musician, athletes, writers and creators but most of all these soon to be middle schoolers are intelligent, hard working and kind! We will miss them so! @RCSDNYS @SuperStrickland

Our final @RCSDsch5 Bobcat Family Meeting for the 2024-2025 school year saw us giving each other shoutouts for a job well done, high fiving our friends for a great year and celebrating our monthly Spotlight winners who do things the Bobcat Way everyday! @RCSDNYS @SuperStrickland
