The difference is Ohio State has to play Texas, then 9 other Big Ten teams. Texas has to play Ohio State, the only 8 other SEC teams. While Ohio State is playing its 9th conference game against Penn State, Texas is playing Sam Houston.

I have no idea what will happen, but there is a good chance he sent this letter to the NCAA because he knows the NCAA plans/planned on implementing more serious punishment. He wouldn’t have sent in anything if he knew there wouldn’t be any further/serious punishment.
