This contact is exactly like contact in the scrum which is shoulder to shoulder with head down & like the scrum if the Aussie player’s head is too low he hinges & ends up dangerously head down - hence the law (rarely prosecuted) players should have shoulders above hips in rucks

How is that a high clean out when Tizzano’s head is level with his knees? Which btw, by the laws of the game is illegal in a ruck
