This is a thought-provoking question! In essence, I am beyond obsessed with my work. A need to grow, a need to develop. I find it difficult to switch off (in a positive way) but also recognise I sometimes need to slow down so the previous energy can continue to thrive…
Genuine question: To be a leader in education do you need to be work addicted? Most leaders I’ve met appear to have traits of OCD. Even when not at work they’re reading articles, blogs, ed. books etc. Do you have to obsessed with education to be a leader now?
