I don’t care what society says or where you are at in the world…it is possible to hold athletes accountable without punishment. Build real relationships, ask good questions, dive deep with your athletes. They (the athletes) will give you permission to hold them accountable
Coaching in a world where accountability is considered a punishment. Without accountability, there is no opportunity to really “coach”. Coaching in the absence of accountability is really just babysitting.

4 days into 16u WWBA and I can confirm….plenty of good arms are out there for the 27 class. We have seen plenty of good velo, but thankfully Pitchability appears to be coming back in style as well
