Here is the final version of my thread about 19th century commentary on the Second Amendment. This version is cleaned up and includes sources for nearly everything. I did it a 3rd time because a typo at the start of version 2 bothered me way too much.

Brady is supporting a bill that would raise the NFA tax to $4,709. On-brand. They love using Jim Crow tactics to price people out of their rights, as their lawyers constantly cite racist historical laws to try and uphold gun control.
