Great thread My opinion: if you were combat arms in a warzone fulfilling your duty under hostile enemy fire you are entitled to VA Disability I do not think a 3 year stateside hitch entitles you to 100% Disability for life unless you got run over by an LMTV or something
Full disclosure, I have 30 percent for metal rods in both of my legs. All I did was tell the truth when I got out of the military and outprocessed my VA stuff. But it seems like every other vet I meet is like "100 percent perma disabled! 4k a month!" and brags about it.
