This New Jersey NIL below has now been passed by the state’s legislature. The notable part of the bill prohibits the NCAA/CSC from penalizing schools or athletes if an individual (i.e. booster) or “related entity” (i.e. collective) violates their NIL rules.
New Jersey is the latest state with a bill prohibiting the NCAA, conferences, or other organizations with authority over college athletics (i.e. the new enforcement entity) from penalizing a school for paying NIL $ to athletes. Another state bill that contradicts House.
Some people that I look up to in this community couldn’t even wish me well during this trying time it’s actually heartbreaking but hey God got me 🙏🏽
