Meet our group's newest PhD candidate: Jeff! He crushed his preliminary exam last week and we couldn't be prouder of his progress these past two years! Welcome to candidacy, Jeff!🥳

We're thrilled to welcome Elian and Emmanuel to the group for summer undergrad research as NSF REU and Sloan Foundation students from @holy_cross and @uprcayey! Liam is also continuing his research in the lab through the TAMU SRS program! Lots of great research incoming... 😎🧪

It's out with the –CO– and in with the –SO2–! Learn about the synthesis of a new class of polymers—polysulfamates, as macroisosteres of polyurethanes—with comparable mechanical properties and improved degradability. Pre-print available now on @ChemRxiv! tinyurl.com/yeykmp6d

The Chemistry Career Day at the Rudder High School @RudderHS_BISD went well with enthusiastic students. 😍 Thanks our talented outreach team! @TAMUChemistry @TAMUArtSci Thanks Mrs. Jackson and Mr. Reid for inviting us. Looking forward to visiting your classes again in the fall!
Looks like we've got a lot of JACS papers in our lab's future! ☺️👏

We had a laser-sharp focus on fun this holiday season! Our lab celebrated the end of the year with some laser tag, arcade games, a festive dinner, and a secret Santa gift exchange! Wishing you a merry and bright holiday season from the Michaudel Lab! 🎯🎄🎁

Congratulations to our group's latest PhD candidate, Srutashini Das, on passing her prelim today! That makes 3/3 successful PhD candidates for the year! Well done, Srutashini!🌞👏

Super charged up to share that our latest electrifying work in collaboration with @Julien07 is out now in @JOC_OL! Read about how the team developed an electrochemical synthesis of diazenes through anodic oxidation of sulfamides using SuFEx chemistry!⚡️🧪tinyurl.com/3428pvy8

We miss this guy so much already! Hope to see you back in Texas sometime soon, Dr. Kempel!🤠
Our group had a great time celebrating @sam_kempel’s graduation and hearing about his new job in industry. Commencement ceremonies are a bittersweet reminder for the advisor that time flies, but a great opportunity to reflect on a student’s journey. Couldn’t be more proud of Sam!
Congrats to one of our new post-docs, Biswajit, on his paper from his previous institution published in JACS!

Congratulations to our lab's newest PhD candidate, Avinash! We are so happy for him and know he's going to do even more amazing work in the coming years!

Congrats to our undergraduate researcher, Amanda, who presented her work this week at the LAUNCH Summer Undergraduate Research Poster Session and Symposium! We're so proud of all she's accomplished this summer. Way to go, Amanda!

Congratulations to Mary, our group's ninth PhD candidate!! We are so proud of her and can't wait to see all of her accomplishments in the future!

Congrats to our newest PhD, Dr. Katarzyna (Kate) Doktor! Kate successfully defended yesterday and became the fifth PhD of the Michaudel lab. Congratulations, and we can't wait to see what the future holds for you, Dr. Doktor (Dr^2 😉)!👏
