20 year year old son, college athlete, kind and just overall great man is home for the summer. Working for my son in laws landscaping company. He is working over 40 this summer. Hardest working kid I know. Proud dad.
The pressure you put on yourself as a business owner is hard to explain. I’m deep in the trenches right now. Could crash out any second. But tonight I’ll eat a steak with my wife and remind myself how far we’ve come. I don’t have to push this hard— But it beats going through…

Too many founders are in a thick ravine, trying to chop vines and branches to move forward No map But where they need to be is up on the hillside looking out at the path ahead, map in hand, walkie talkies, directing the team where to go and watching over them as they do
Super proud Dad moment. Just watched 35 girls at horse camp— brushing, feeding, mucking stalls, riding with focus. They’re 8 to 16 years old. Strong. Sharp. Covered in dust and grit. Working with thousand-pound animals like it’s nothing. They’ll ace their classes this fall.…
This is how you parent. What a great email to get.
My son got a gmail for his business and this is the first email he sends. I’m not crying- you are crying!
Most people aren’t lazy. They’re overwhelmed. Clarity > Hustle.
You can meditate or manifest or even microdose all you want But if you don’t get your ass down and focus, your goals will remain as dreams.
