#Surron sighted by our unmarked patrol in the #Kirkby area. The rider was blissfully unaware until the officer blocked his path and detained the rider. Rider tests positive for drugs at the roadside, and was #arrested. Vehicle #seized no insurance.

This vehicle was sighted with excessively tinted front windows and illegal number plates. The windows only allowed 20% of light through, where it should allow 70%. The driver also tested positive for cannabis and was #arrested.

The driver of this #BMW was later for work and thought it was ok to overtake a marked #Police vehicle at speed on the motorway. Vehicle stopped, and we found out why the driver was so nervous... positive test for cocaine! #arrested

We have been around the #Formby area today due to ongoing issues with vehicles causing an obstruction. In excess of 100 vehicles #reported for the offence, these are just a few examples! Remember to park responsibly and legally!

This motorcycle was seen overtaking in excess of the speed limit. Vehicle was stopped and found the rider had a provisional licence with no L plates, and a number of defects were found with the bike. Prohibition issued and rider #reported. Bike #seized

Mistaking our patrol for a security guard, following a short conversation the driver of this vehicle unwittingly found themselves under arrest for drug drive, and reported for having no brake lights, no tax and no MOT. The smell of cannabis was rather overwhelming! @DVLAgovuk

Following reports of a motorbike being ridden dangerously in #Walton, we attended and found the bike and rider. Rider #arrested for dangerous driving, drink driving, no insurance and drive whilst disqualified. #seized #remanded #WeekendB&B

The driver of this Fiat attracted attention to himself due to his erratic manner of driving. When we stopped him it transpired that he was driving without insurance. He is a new driver and will likely have his licence revoked when convicted.
