Meanwhile, the Commission approves the consent agenda minus that item and several others removed to the regular agenda for individual action. The consent includes the timeline for filling the coming vacancy as of Sept. 1 in Gen Sessions Civil Court Division 2.

As expected, the resolution on MSCS board elections is pulled off of consent to the regular agenda. We will see if it is delayed since we are short one commissioner today who is a sponsor of the resolution. That could happen because the vote on this is expected to be close.
