My pre-ordered copy of @danielsilvabook’s new book was supposed to be here today. Had a food themed reading weekend planned. Of course, it’s delayed! 😫 Ebook will have to suffice because I’m not waiting to read. And still doing the themed weekend, living virtually in Italy 🇮🇹

Are you kidding me?! @Braves blow yet another lead late. Ruin a great outing by Elder. I don’t know what the answer is, but this isn’t working. We wouldn’t put out $ to keep players and/or bring in quality free agents. Bullpen is a mess. Hitters are floundering. Hard to watch.

#Huskers baseball comes to a clunker of an end with a 1-17 loss. I didn’t expect us to win the regional. Frankly, we were lucky to get in. But to end with a 16 run loss is embarrassing. #GBR always, but tough to be positive about this one.

Well, this is ugly. Already down by six runs, and only in the 3rd. Going to be a long afternoon for the #Huskers. (And the announcers don’t know how to pronounce Beatrice.)

Okay #Huskers. Another Do-or-Die game today. Need to be better with runners in scoring position. Too many missed opportunities this weekend. #gbr
