Ok, now for real. Made bindless textures work with default Unity approach. No manual shader compilation, no manual rendering submission.
Same problem, different times. Almost like a reskin.
Hell On Earth in Odesa. The fuckers don’t stop. That’s what their “peace talks” look like. Never trust them, gopniks are always lying.
It will return once again because LLM will be out of the data to steal to answer your questions.
How long will we pretend that HRs know what they are asking? And taking things further: what are they doing, which criteria do they use to select candidates etc.
"Do you have experience with liquid chromatography?" "I mean, I have experience with gas chromatography so I'm sure I could--" "Oh we're looking for somebody with experience with liquid chromatography" "Please let me talk to somebody who actually knows what that means"
Got into authentic Korean food store in Serbia to buy Korean-origin product which was actually produced and imported from … no, not from Korea but from Russia for some reason.

Ahahaah funniest thing ever to be the CEO of Unity. Sadly, Unity seems to be completely unable to get out of mismanagement hell techcrunch.com/2025/06/04/uni…
Same. But AI is still good to make starters with a single functionality. Im usually asking to implement something from common internet knowledge and it does OK. But if there are discrepancies like in LightProbes/SH it performs awful. But still, yeah, not intellegence for sure
I've been giving a serious attempt at using Cursor in a C++ code base. I might still be using it wrong, but I've only managed to get it to write code that compiles and is also actually useful, once every 20 attempts or less. When it does succeed, it's limited to very narrow…
Funny where AI will steal the answers from in a couple of years, when nobody is asking, meaning nobody is answering the questions.
Oh it's like *dead* dead. Interesting also that almost every reply says the issue was overzealous mods rather than AI.
You can make a career out of rewriting "clean coded" systems into "well coded" ones. Usually 80% code gone, new features introduced, iteration times boosted, and possible to explain in full to other devs in an hour or two. "Okay so this package and it's 20 files; its 10 fns now"
Three years into the war and sanctions for russia: still possible to buy literally anything for comparable prices with EU (same for Ukraine, but there are no sanctions) Serbia, free trade with EU, no sanctions: No medications in whole country because of "deficit"
New blog post! "Load store conflicts", in which we look at some performance sensitive code that has surprisingly dramatic performance swings based on the compiler and the microarchitecture used. RTs appreciated! zeux.io/2025/05/03/loa…

This is some Windows Search level of cringe.
