CISTO data showing cystectomy QOL actually better than later lines of nmibc therapy AND 4-6 new HR-NMIBC drugs soon to be available means bladder cancer will soon become more specialized. What drug to use when, and when to use surgery will likely require fellowship training.
Wow. It looks like we are underusing cystectomy for NMIBC.
