Following tonight’s game, the Yankees optioned RHP Scott Effross and INF Jorbit Vivas to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.
Jorbit Vivas’ locker was getting cleared out when the media was in the clubhouse. Would assume he’ll go back to AAA as the corresponding roster move for McMahon. Scott Effross was also packing his things.
Spencer Jones has back spasms and won’t start for AAA Scranton tonight. His absence from the lineup has nothing to do with a potential trade.
