The largest Reconstructionist synagogue has disaffiliated with the Reconstructionist movement largely b/c the rabbinical college trains and ordains anti-Zionist rabbis. For this synagogue, anti-Zionism is inconsistent with a pluralist, progressive form of Judaism. A shanda.
