Trump is attempting to bulldoze the Affordable Care Act, stripping 1.8 million of their health insurance and forcing millions more to pay increased premiums and out-of-pocket costs. My office will not sit back while the federal government harms our residents. We’re suing.

It’s always a pleasure seeing the impact our Healthy Summer Youth Job grants make in MA communities. The Berkshire Family YMCA has hired Camp Safety roles – growing professional skills for youth workers and a safer environment for campers.
Every Massachusetts resident, no matter their citizenship status, deserves access to quality health care, education, and community support. I’m proud to join a coalition of 21 state AGs fighting back against Trump’s harmful attack on programs that help our communities thrive.

Trump's Dept. of Energy is attempting to remove efficiency standards for appliances like dehumidifiers and microwave ovens. This would cost consumers millions of dollars in higher utility bills, disregarding Americans' concerns about rising costs.
The Trump Administration’s attempt at abruptly and unlawfully shutting down FEMA's BRIC program would abandon states that rely on federal funding to fortify their communities against natural disasters. We're suing to protect this funding and our residents. nytimes.com/2025/07/16/us/…
Yesterday, I had the pleasure of meeting the incredible staff and campers of the Berkshire Family YMCA, one of the recipients of my office's Healthy Summer Youth Jobs grant, to see how they're working to create safe, supportive spaces for kids to learn, grow, and play.

Congress appropriated money to keep communities safe from disasters. It doesn't matter if Trump doesn't like it—it's the law. I applaud @MassAGO and stand with her for the safety of communities like Chelsea, Everett, and Boston, which rightfully deserve their funding restored.
Grateful to @MassAGO Andrea Campbell for leading this effort. We are fighting back because every kid in Massachusetts and across the country deserves a quality education! telegram.com/story/news/pol…
Even in the wake of devastating floods in Texas and other states, the Trump Administration is focusing on unlawfully attempting to gut funding for a critical disaster preparedness program. He doesn't have the authority to cut this funding and put lives at risk. We're suing.

When ICE agents conceal their identities, it: ❌Erodes public trust ❌Escalates situations & civil rights abuses ❌Enables private citizens to impersonate ICE I'm calling on Congress to pass legislation requiring ICE to operate under clear guidelines that promote accountability.
The Trump administration continues its push to undermine our educational system – this time by freezing funding that enriches students’ lives beyond the classroom. We’re suing to unfreeze these critical resources in time for the new school year.

WIN: We secured a $2.5 million settlement with a student loan lender for failing to comply with our consumer protection laws. Their use of algorithmic AI models put Black, Latino and non-citizen borrowers at risk of being denied or receiving unfavorable loan terms.
