What actually improves student attendance? Gimmicks and bribes are unsustainable and can mean lowering standards! For us @TheWellsAcademy, it’s clear policy, the right personnel, simple routines, intentional language and most importantly, a carefully crafted culture! @NAveyard

Getting really worried about the ease at which parents are choosing EHE. Is anybody prepared to share their EHE numbers over the past 2 years so I can see how ours compare? Also any strategies that have been successful in reducing the issue?
