🚨 NEW: Thanks to this Labour govt's new social care reforms, disabled people in #Wandsworth will receive £264,156 in grant funding to support them to stay in their homes safely & securely. This is an important first step - & good start to the New Year.
We're gripping the problems facing adult social care, taking action to help people live independently and to support care staff. Through investment and reform, we'll take pressure off our health & care system and deliver on our Plan for Change to build an NHS fit for the future.
