This algae bloom is serious. We've never seen a bloom like it in Australia. I know how precious our beaches are and I'll continue working with the SA Government to monitor and understand the situation.
Earlier this week Australia's first National Lung Cancer Screening Program was launched and its already saving lives. Free from Medicare since 1 July, the NLCSP aims to achieve greater health outcomes for Australians by detecting lung cancer early and to reduce deaths.
