I have a patient who’s in her late 80’s with dementia - she was referred to me for macrocytic anemia. She is fortunately not transfusion dependent. NGS (peripheral blood) detected an SF3B1 mutation. If the anemia worsens, would you: #MDS #MDSSM #MedTwitter
