Most people think you need thousands to start investing. I built a strategy called The Perfect Portfolio that proves otherwise, and it helped me earn a global finance award. Here’s a TikTok video at the request of my mentee. Watch how it works (and how to start with just $50):

Two years ago, I spoke at @OCUMSB about building purpose-driven careers, and now I’m helping make that vision real. With IBM Maximo and Envizi, we’re integrating sustainability and smarter infrastructure into workforce systems that actually work.
So I spoke 🗣️ at @OCUMSB yesterday and the message was well received! There are resources 💻💵 allocated for small businesses in every sector and we need to leverage them before they get redirected to things that don’t serve the people. Land + Labor + Capital = 🌱📈
Use your f*cking tools! They’re in your skull and at your fingertips!
Sounds harsh but in tech (ESPECIALLY data & AI), people will absolutely judge you for not being resourceful. These roles demand a high level of initiative, critical thinking, and problem-solving. It’s less about what you know and more about your drive to figure things out.

I think I will finish this book this week 3 more chapters to go!
What we have been able to accomplish as largely in part to having access to programs like @msft4startups. We hope @Microsoft continues to help us bring solutions that help improve our overall ecology.
See? I told you all to apply a year ago. Been building + launching AI products for both the public and private sectors via our startup arm. Our biggest supporter has definitely been @msft4startups + we at @avidsolintl cannot begin to thank them enough. microsoft.com/en-us/startups
It’s obvious that none of you played classic board games that taught us how to navigate life. Things are clearer now.

One thing I believe in, is being grateful for your options in life, even if they aren't what/where you want them to be yet, remember that what you take for granted many people are praying and wishing to have Be mindful
Re: that last sentence - Shiny shit syndrome is rampant indeed.
Staffer takes buy out come back as contractor and now getting double paid 🤣🤣🤣🤣. Seriously I think long term they are going to cut the contractor force as well. The govt will just get less done over time and fall further behind except in the shiny object areas.
Not every offer is alignment. Not every opportunity is purpose. Not every “yes” is wise. I’d rather walk empty-handed than carry something that costs my peace, purpose, or people. Let it be right, or let it be gone. Nothing halfway. Nothing hollow. Nothing forced.
I don’t care how much I think I know, I refuse to skip the fundamentals. It’s so important to understand the underlying principles of the technology you’re using.

You don’t need another career path, you should focus on building your skill path based on careers you want. Career paths become outdated quickly.
Let alone: execution.
I think some people get excited at the idea of knowing a lot but don’t understand the timeline and grit that comes with it.
Again, “Take care of yourself so you don’t become a hater.”
This is one hell of a cop out + indicative of why our children are so far behind (generationally). Don’t get mad, get smarter. That’s life. Navigate it accordingly or stop complaining about being lost. This is bigger than careers.
“Should we all lose our livelihood” in the face of something that is taking the livelihood of others. I’m glad you said the number 200 because it’s a very small one compared to the number of people globally impacted.

A bunch of nobodies lacking a single original thought abide on this app. I agree with censorship to a degree at this point. Stupidity is running rampant; so much so that glue eaters + paint sniffers are running things. We’re in junkie hell.
