1/ After 7 incredible years, the time has come for us to say goodbye. MakersPlace was born in 2018 with a bold idea: empower digital artists and help them thrive in a new, decentralized world. It’s been a wild, beautiful ride. 🧵

A true legend of the space, Jose will forever be remembered and immortalized with the amazing art he released on MakersPlace. 🔳🤍🖤

I probably shouldn’t have to say this but since it is often conveniently forgotten, it was MakersPlace where beeple’s $69M work was minted and it was MakersPlace that took it to Christie’s to bring to market because we we wanted it to get the broadest exposure possible.
