.@MakCAES selected Mbulamu Integrated Farm as the host, however these have been working with several other farms around the area. ‘’It’s been a great experience, I must acknowledge that I am the winner because all will be talking about us’’~Mr. Tonda, Mbulamu Farm Proprietor.

The students’ field study has been very beneficial to Mbulamu Farm. ‘’I must acknowledge that we’ve benefited more from this than the students, we’ve learnt so many things. Thanks to @Makerere for training the students, this has put them above the bar.



Field Day and End of Students’ Internship: @MakCAES students Exhibit a range of activities and skills got during the 8-weeks period at Mbulamu Integrated Farm.

CAES Field Day & End of Students' Internship held at Mbulamu Integrated Farm, the host farm for the training. The students have been working on different enterprises including maize, coffee, piggery,& poultry. They are set to share their experiences with the farmers in the area.




Happening Today: CAES Field Day & End of Students' Internship - Held at Mbulamu Integrated Farm. Over 50 students from different departments at CAES have been undertaking field training for 2 months at farms in different parishes in Mpigi District under the PDM & 4-acre model.




@ProfNawangwe has today launched a project aimed at revitalising the Food Technology and Business Incubation Center (FTBIC). With funding from @GovUganda through @RIFMakerere, this project will unlock innovation and entrepreneurship potential among @Makerere Graduates.
