Well if you trust yourself your intuition etc… you don’t need to track your sets and reps. But if your memory is bad same as mine then you can tap into tracking. Then you’re gonna be crystal clear if you’re progressing yes or no.

Yeah cheat meals play huge role in bodybuilding. Because you can either ruin your health with them. By eating them frequently, seed oils, processed sugars, etc. Or use them as a reward infrequently ( once a month ) for your hard work to get that motivation and drive for more.

From my philosophy of training high frequency workouts are useless. And the reason for this is because there is not enough time to recover. Because we already know that we grow outside of the gym while we rest not while we train. Training is just for the stimulus of growth.
