MET DOCOs worked with planners @LBofHavering & developer @MarfleetBlyth on a new supported living development, Mowbrays Cls RM5. 6 residential units benefit from accredited doorsets, security layering, access control & designed landscaping to help achieve @securedbydesign SILVER
MET DOCO's & @haringeycouncil successfully worked to close Dovecoate Alley N8, reducing anti-social behaviour & drug use. Previously residents had to run a gauntlet of flytipping, drug paraphernalia, faeces & abuse. This in turn reduces demand on policing and the local authority.
MET DOCO’s with @lbbdcouncil @barkingriver @Bellway_Homes successfully ensured Barking Riverside achieved @securedbydesign GOLD. 494 residential units feature SR2 communal doors, access control, PAS24 doors & windows, Gerda protection and lighting. All helping prevent Crime & ASB
MET DOCOs worked with planners @LBofHavering & Developer PrimePhenix on a bespoke residential & commercial development on North St RM1. 46 residential units benefit from accredited doorsets, security layering & access control. All helping the site to achieve @securedbydesign GOLD
