The Office of Inspector General bill had broad bipartisan support—60–7 in the Senate—but failed in the House along party lines. Minnesotans deserve real accountability in the executive branch. We’ll keep fighting to get it done!
One bill that didn’t pass: @pattiandersonmn’s Office of Insp. General to investigate fraud across all state agencies. It had bipartisan support in the Senate & a pledge from the Governor to sign it, but failed on party lines in the House. We’ll keep pushing for this bill in 2026.
