Join us for lunch on Thursday as we welcome Anya Bidwell from the Institute for Justice to discuss Qualified Immunity and her upcoming argument before the U.S. Supreme Court. Our faculty advisor, Chris Walker (@chris_j_walker) will serve as the respondent.

Join us this Tuesday as we host the Hon. Eric Murphy (U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit). Professor Don Herzog will accompany him for a discussion titled "Levels of Generality in Constitutional Interpretation." Lunch will be provided!

We look forward to another fantastic event on Thursday with Justice Sarah Campbell from the Tennessee Supreme Court. She will discuss the role of the common law judge alongside Michigan Law Professor Austin Nelson. Lunch will be provided.

We are excited to host Professor Samuel Bray, who will discuss Nationwide Injunctions with Michigan Law Professor Steven Schaus. Food will be provided.

On Thursday, we will be hosting Lou Capozzi (@CitizenCapozzi) for a defense of the Major Questions Doctrine. You won't want to miss seeing this former Justice Gorsuch clerk in action! Professor Bagley (@nicholas_bagley) will be providing commentary.
