XC Camp ends with a nice run on some country roads


Congrats also to Delaney Cilley who placed 12th in the 1600 at the state meet today running a 5:01! She had an awesome season, getting that school record of 4:56 and running consistently all year long!

Congratulations to Caroline Murnan who finished 5th in the State running a 2:12.16 in the 800! What an accomplishment!

Yesterday was a great day at the State Meet finishing in 8th place in the 4x800 followed by a dinner with Olympic Gold Medalist Butch Reynolds! Thanks to Coach Gomez for setting up the dinner! Two more races today—Delaney in the 1600 and Caroline in the 800.



Another BIG day here in Columbus. David starts us off at noon in shot, followed up by David and Rez in Discus @ 3. Then the girls take the stage. Delaney runs the 1600 @ 5:15 and Caroline wraps it up in the 800 @ 6:05! @Loveland_AsstAD @LovelandHighXC @LABTigers @LovelandTigers

And now it’s Caroline’s turn! Caroline Murnan is the REGIONAL CHAMP finishing in a time of 2:13 and heading to State!!




Delaney Cilley shatters her own school record to earn 2nd place at the Regional Meet and advance to State! Congrats on the 4:56 and the superb race!


Girls 4x800 secures a 3rd place finish in a time of 9:16.87 and are now State-bound!! Congrats to Kali Rodriguez, Delaney Cilley, Parker Mentzer, and Caroline Murnan!
