A steam train coming into Cairneyhill Station. The station was only open between 1906 and 1930 and was on the Dunfermline to Kincardine line.
Fantastic seeing the old stage at The Glen Pavilion being used again after all these years.

The sun shone for Dunfermline Children's Gala today. It was a wonderful occasion full of colour and joy. Some traditions are worth holding on to. ❤️




A gorgeous view down Guildhall Street. One of our most ancient thoroughfares. And one of the steepest too.

I’m endlessly grateful for the roots I’ve put down in Dunfermline. Its traditions, stories, and landscapes are woven into the fabric of my life and give me a sense of belonging and pride.

What a night in Scottish football history! On 30th April 1968, East End Park was packed to the rafters as Dunfermline Athletic faced Celtic in a league match that set the all-time attendance record for the ground—an incredible 27,816 fans squeezed in to witness the action.



The Jubilee Club in St Margaret Street. Opened by Pars fans after a row with the football club. Closed in 2000 and was replaced by retirement flats.
