On this day 86 years ago, Lou Gehrig gave his iconic “Luckiest Man Alive” speech at Yankee Stadium — just weeks after his ALS diagnosis. We’re forever grateful to Lou for helping bring awareness to ALS. His legacy lives on forever. 💜
