Murray State baseball adds another transfer as Pacific Jr. RHP Jackson Lux commits to the Racers. Appeared in 28 games (2 starts) over the past 3 seasons with the Tigers. Opponents hit just .236 against him this season, striking out 15 batters in 15 IP with a 4.20 ERA.

Looks like Murray State catcher Will Vierling has signed with the Phillies. Great week for the Vierling family. Will's cousin, Matt, had the go-ahead single in the 8th inning of Detroit's 2-1 win at Texas Sunday. Now Will, an 11th Round Draft pick, signs his first pro contract.
