Brock Purdy is more ready to play than trey Lance even with lance having yr to sit, learn and get some NFL playing time. You all will see in camp and preseason. Lance is still a project. And a huge one.
On an even playing field, same offensive players... the greatest college coach of all time in Nick Saban benched Jalen Hurts for a true freshman in Tua and people act like Hurts is good LMFAO
Mt Rushmore best 49ers Qbs edition: 1. Joe Montana 2. Steve Young 3. Brock Purdy 4. Jeff Garcia
I remember Michael Crabtree was on radio row during a Super Bowl (not the one they played in) & he mentioned that Kap needed to study the playbook more. I remember being mad at Crabtree for throwing Kap under the bus but I guess he did have a point.
More talented doesn’t mean anything. Johnny Manziel was pretty fucking talented. So is Ryan leaf. JaMarcus Russell was incredibly talented. The quarterbacks who are the legends are the ones who stay ahead of the curve, the ones who adjust to defenses adjusting to them. Kap never…
Steve Young himself would tell you prime Colin Kaepernick was more gifted than him. That doesn't mean Kaep was better. Do you understand the difference or no?
Thinking Kap was more talented than Steve Young is....I don't even know what it is. You must not be old enough to have watched Young play.
Even after the Trey Lance debacle, 49ers fans still don't understand the difference between being an actual great qb and a talented qb with potential. No wonder yall were comparing Trey Lance to guys like Josh Allen.
Kobe was the selfish one, but @SHAQ man baby ass would pout and refuse to play defense every time he didn’t “feel like the guy” and was getting outplayed by a 21-22 year old That is, until the 4th quarter when his ass was on the bench so Kobe could close out the game without…
Most talented qb 49ers have ever had was Colin Kaepernick, and it is not even close. Unfortunate that he lacked work ethic, never studied the playbook, went vegan and became political instead of working on his craft. If you go back and watch some of his games, bro was so gifted
Nick Bosa is great, I just do not like how slow he wins vs the tackle at times. I want a guy that wins close to instantly and doesn't slip 99% of the time he tries to bend around the edge. There should be a "time to sack" stat along with "sack" stats to really differentiate.
I have been saying that the 49ers will go 14-3 since the draft and I still am confident in that. All they need is decent health.
