The Prime Minister must act with immediate airdrops of much-needed aid into Gaza and get other countries to do the same. It is simply inhumane that Gaza faces starvation due to Israel’s aid blockade. Words alone won’t save lives.

David Lammy must realise that we’re past the point of threatening sanctions. Every day the Government sits on its hands, more innocent civilians are being killed in Gaza while over a million are at risk of starvation. Sanctions are needed now, including against Netanyahu.

I raised the issues with Southern Water’s performance and Ofwat at PMQs in April so pleased the Government is finally taking some action.
Southern Water’s record is dismal yet they’ve hiked bills by 47%. Today at PMQs I asked the Prime Minister what reassurance he can give my constituents in Eastleigh that Southern Water and Ofwat will be held to account.

This is welcome and long overdue. The @LibDems have been calling for Ofwat to be abolished and replaced with a new independent regulator with teeth for some time.

It’s catastrophic that a security breach of this size and significance could occur at the MoD under the Conservatives’ watch, putting lives at risk. Keir Starmer must launch a full public inquiry and ensure no stone is left unturned in the pursuit of answers.
It was a pleasure to meet with members of @HampshireFBU in Westminster. Our fire and rescue services are absolutely vital and must be valued. I sincerely hope the Government listens to @fbunational calls for sustained investment and an immediate increase of 5,000 firefighters.
