Only 2 of Jamaicaโs 6 Olympic medalists will be in Tokyo (Kishane Thompson and Shanieka Ricketts both ๐ฅ). Rajindra Campbell ๐ฅ, Wayne Pinnock ๐ฅ and Roje Stona ๐ฅ are changing allegiance and Rasheed Broadbell ๐ฅ is out through injury.
Olympic bronze medalist Rasheed Broadbell is out for the season after Achilles surgery. The 24-year-old, seen in a boot recently, withdrew from the 110m hurdles final at Trials. Sources say he may miss part of next season too. #CVMsports #Broadbell #TrackAndField

Update on this: Michael Norman's agent Emanuel Hudson told me he had surgery last year and has been rehabbing ever since -- that's why he has not raced in 2025. Hudson said he was not authorized to reveal the nature of the surgery. Still no word on why Quincy Hall isn't running.
So in the men's 400 at USAs: -No Quincy Hall -No Michael Norman -Chris Robinson (#4 on 2025 US list) running 400H only Still some tough competition (it's the USA, after all), but a very real possibility that 17-year-old Quincy Wilson could make the team...

@LissOnTrack, thanks for letting me know about this app. I just downloaded it. I watched a truly inspiring interview about a year ago. I love his thinking.

I'd suggest going to the website then going through the Google Play store link on there, I did that as I couldn't find it when searching on the app store: trackfieldandlife.com
This is what I mean. This was the London DL in 2019, the last time before this year that I went as a spectator. Glad itโs managed to get back to the post 2012 crowds and atmosphere. ๐คฉ
I havenโt been to London as a spectator for a very long time. There was a period where the meet dipped in spectator numbers & atmosphere, so I vowed not to go back as itโs sometimes hard to see everything in such a big stadium anyway and itโs so costly!
