Making art every day — it doesn’t have to be good, it doesn’t have to be original, it doesn’t have to do anything besides say hello to a new or old idea, to say I meditated on this and think I found something, and I want to share it with the world to say hello as well.

I wanted to try this a long time ago. It’s a paint I mixed from scratch (pigment + filler + acrylic medium). It is thicker than watercolor and gouache, yet has more powdery texture than acrylic. #plottertwitter

So grateful that I can travel and recharge. I get into the habit of hunting for art supplies wherever I go, because a material switch always triggers a splash of new ideas for me.
