Our wonderful student librarians enjoyed an extended lunch to celebrate what a fantastic team they’ve been this year! The library was decorated, sweet treats were on offer, & music was playing (We even had an impromptu Macarena!) Thank you for being superstars! - Mrs Wilson

This week, students received their Land of Literature rewards for taking part in the last term’s reading. Congratulations to all of our avid readers! 🌟Huge congratulations to Olivia who read the most LoL books across KS3 & won a Kindle Fire tablet for her incredible effort!🌟
🌟Congratulations to Isobel & Nat who are the joint winners of our house speech competition🌟 They’ve both won a National Book Token & all students got a book vending machine token for taking part. Well done!

A group of Y7 students graduated from a Bolton Wanderers literacy programme today & celebrated with a tour of the stadium, a brand new football & a goody bag which included a new book! Students spoke enthusiastically of their time on the programme. @OfficialBWITC
Our regular library students in Year 9 & 7 have enjoyed making bracelets at break & lunch this week. Whether they’re to show their love of their favourite things, gifts for siblings, or just because, it’s been lovely to see their creations come along & how they help each other😊
