It was great to meet with Minister @NormaFoleyTD1 today on “Philomena’s Law” to support thousands of survivors of Ireland’s Mother & Baby Homes living in Britain. I’m really grateful for the support I’ve had from her and the Irish Government so far.

I’m truly grateful to have been invited to speak on a panel at the House of Commons alongside MP Liam Conlon. He is working to introduce legislation that would ensure redress payments for survivors of Mother and Baby homes in Ireland are ring-fenced for those in the UK.

Just watched Mama’s movie #Philomena on @BBC1 - haven’t seen it in a while but still gets me every time - that Sister Hildegarde had a lot to answer for! But my mum is truly forgiving! Had forgotten what a good job Judi Dench and Steve Coogan did in telling the story
