Ohio is officially sanctioning flag football as a high school varsity sport! 👏🏿 @OHSAASports announced today at the @NFLFLAG Championships that it’s joining the 16 other states that are providing opportunities for young athletes to grow their skills and chase their goals.

WOMEN'S FLAG FOOTBALL | Spring Legacy The School of Sport Sciences' Aaliyah Becerra commits to Hendrix College, who will start as a club sport in 2026 and then transition to a full varsity sport in 2027. Women's flag football plays in the spring at the collegiate level.
